In particular, liquid phase, gas phase, atomic absorption and other testing instruments are known for their complexity and difficulty in maintenance, and are frequently used, which are often urgent for maintenance and repair.
Two years ago, Wang Xiaojun was transferred from the engineering room to the QC room. At the beginning of the QC room, in the face of the failure of these high instruments, he did not know how to start at the moment, and no one gave guidance, if to external learning, neither opportunity, tuition and expensive.
In the face of the problem, Wang Xiaojun calmed down. By watching the video on the official website, he called the instrument engineer or sent a message to ask for advice humbly. In the face of the instrument, he explained it against the video and thought about it little by little, gradually all the small problems were solved. When encountering big problems, he insisted on following the whole process, watching intently, asking questions when he did not understand, and not letting go of every good opportunity to learn. He has a record book, which is full of details of QC room instrument repair, maintenance points and experience.
During the period of stoppage maintenance this year, Wang Xiaojun led people to inspect and maintain each precision instrument according to the established inspection and maintenance plan, and specially prepared the maintenance key points training of various instruments. He said: "The correct use of the instrument is the biggest maintenance of the instrument, three points by repair, seven points by maintenance." In maintenance, he put every part, every overhaul as a work of art to elaborate, never careless.
