Luo Jiangtao is a person full of curiosity and critical thinking about life and work. When encountering new things, he always likes to ask "why" and study carefully. In the process of learning with the master in the filter group of the erythromycin workshop, he came up with an idea: can he reduce the number of work steps? In order to verify his ideas, he communicated with the workshop director at that time many times and obtained permission Under the circumstances, he boldly verified his ideas. During the six months of working in the filter post, he often made experimental records, and based on the verification results, adjusted the method of digging and washing materials, reducing part of the workload. Later, this experimental notebook was discovered by the workshop director and became a vivid example of the workshop director inspiring other employees.

At the beginning of 2005, less than a year after he entered the factory, he was transferred to the new erythromycin workshop to participate in the installation of the refining section of the workshop. During this period, he saw various types of valves, learned about various pipe materials, mastered CAD drawings, and practiced the computer programming knowledge accepted in the college days. In order to get into production as soon as possible, he worked more than 16 hours a day. Once, after the installation was over, the water test of the equipment did not go well. He used to live in the duty room at the equipment debugging site and did not go home for three days and two nights. Although he is tired, he is very happy.

In 2006, the special extraction solvent used in the erythromycin workshop experienced quality problems. The light transmittance dropped from 50% to less than 3%, which lasted for several months, but the situation did not improve. When the workshop is at a loss, the solvent can only be returned to the original factory for processing according to the supplier's suggestion, and then purchased again. Unexpectedly, it didn't take long for the light transmittance of the new solvent to plummet, and it had to be returned to the original factory for processing. Such repetition seriously affects production. The workshop issued a reward order to all staff for this.

Entrusted by the workshop, Luo Jiangtao was transferred to the solvent regeneration team as the leader and began to solve the problem of solvent light transmittance. The decolorization of the plate frame is a traditional process to solve the problem of solvent light transmission. This mature process has a history of more than ten years. If you start with the cause of the decrease in light transmittance of the solvent, for biological fermentation, the composition of metabolites is complex, and key reasons must be found. The research content is large and the workload is huge. The fastest and most economical solution is to start with the decolorization method. After more than two months of exploration and experimentation, he designed the decolorization tower by changing the decolorization process. After more than a month of operation, the light transmittance of the solvent began to gradually improve, from 2% to more than 50%, and gradually stabilized. The new decolorization process completely solves the problem of repeated fluctuations in the light transmission of the solvent.

In November 2013, he was transferred to the company's quality technology center to engage in antibiotic extraction technology services and research and development. During this period, the "Research on COD Degradation of Secondary Sediment Tank Effluent" project that he participated in won the second prize of company-level technological progress, and the project of "Azithromycin Crystal Special Particle Size Control Research" independently undertaken by himself won the third prize of department-level technological progress. .

In October 2017, he led the team to participate in the Ningxia Division of the Second National Innovation Competition and won the third place in the Enterprise Group.

In March 2018, he was selected into the expert database by the Autonomous Region Science and Technology Department and became a trainer in the advanced seminar on innovative methods.
